Super Bowl

Can you tell who we were rooting for? They never showed up though!
We made our own little SUPER BOWL pool with prizes for each quarter. Lindsey and I walked away with big "L's" on our foreheads!

Natalie won FINAL score of the GAME! and to think she almost didn't put in her $5 to be in the Super Bowl pool! She is $25 richer!

Tyler won the Ice cream prize...(I think that was 1st quarter...) and Daryle took 2nd( Starbucks treat) and 3rd quarter(Family Fun night-winners choice)!

Raider turns 2

Our Raider boy turned 2 last week so, it was a reason to CELEBRATE.."Doggie-style" that is!~( oops, that sounded bad! teehee!) We made him is very own birthday cake, just for him!

Christmas 2008!

Daryle's company Christmas party was on the 6th. It was at the Sheraton on the water. It was so nice to have an evening & night away...we need more of these! What great evening! The food was wonderful! I wish they did these every year!

I have been such a "blog-slacker" and I have no real good excuse so, I won't try to think of a good one, except its just a busy time of year....!
We visited Santa a few weeks ago at the Country Club annual Christmas Breakfast. The kids put in their requests....they were so cute....

Thanksgiving 2008

Thanksgiving Day....We spent with my Mom, Joan, Kyle, Uncle Greg, Gwen & Bruce. Dinner was yummy as always....I love it when Mom cooks Thanksgiving! Nothing compares!

TWO~ November birthdays!

Lindsey Mae turns 8!!
She decided she wanted to go to "The Jungle" on her birthday...her one best bud, that was going to join us, got the stomach flu....but, we had a good time anyways!

The birthday girl then chose, Fuddruckers for lunch!

Then back to the house we went for more birthday celebrating....with an appeitizer feast for dinner per the birthday dinner request!

We had lots of fun! The weather was perfect! We played musical chairs, hot potato and made candy necklaces, wand cookies and had a Pinata!

8 years ago this day....our family became complete....
We welcomed this beautiful person into our lives...

She has brought so much love and laughter to our lives..

She has such a beautiful, fun, full of life spirit about her...she has a great, tender heart and truely cares about others....(unless they are her brother or her sister, then all bets are off!)
