I had told Natalie this year, that if she didn't have a birthday party, I would give her the money I would normally spend on a party and she could go shopping! She had a really hard time with this and could not decide. I told Daryle though, no matter what, we were having a party for her. How could we not celebrate her 10th Birthday!?!?!??! So, we planned a surprise party for the week before her birthday. She walked in and the look on her face was priceless! Once, she got over the shock, she got into the party being all about her!!! She got some great gifts and had a really fun time. The best part was the big hug I got and the "thank you so much, mommy!" Priceless!

Takewondo

Natie is trying out TAKEWONDO. We have tried soccer, baseball, ballet, jazz and now karate! She seems to really love this. And it is great exercise for her and it can't hurt for her to know how to defend herself.

Pumpkin Patch

Yes, 40 acres of corn maze! It was huge! We ended up not going in it though. It would of cost us $50 to get lost for at least an hour and they say most people get lost for at least 2 hours. So, we opted not to go in. The kids were disappointed but, it was so muddy and icky out there.

Yes, they still are my cute little PUMPKINS!!!

We always take pictures of the kids with the pumpkin they choose, that way in about 5 mins when they put their pumpkin in the wagon and forget which one is theirs we have proof! And yes, it did happen, Natalie thought Lindsey's pumpkin was hers.

Our shoes were so muddy and full of hay by the time we left there. Thank goodness for a blanket I had in the car still from Fall Ball.

Season ticket holders!!!

Well, we went for it this year and bought SEASON tickets to the RAIDERS!! And we finally WON a game, last Sunday after an 11 month slump! It was so exciting! Daryle and Tyler are totally enjoying every minute of it, the girls get a little bit bored by half time and I am just happy we are making memories together with our kids.
This is Mr. & Mrs. Chainz. We have seem them lots of times but, this was the first time we were close enough to get a picture with them....
This is our view.......we are way high up but, we are on the 40 yard line....we can see everything!

Future Raiderettes?!?!?!!? Natalie & Lindsey are so excited when the real Raiderettes walk through the parking lot and hear all the attention they get...

It definelty feels like HALLOWEEN anytime you go to a RAIDER game! Lots of interesting people walking around who don't seem to mind you taking pictures with them.

Miss Lindsey is the last of the 3 to still play soccer! She is on the ANGELS-(so fitting!) team this year....She is having a great time and loves soccer!!!

Labor day 2007!

We were lucky to go over to Uncle Chris and Aunt Lisa's for a BBQ on Labor day and try out their new pool!!!

Hendy woods camping!

We had a great Labor day camping trip with our favorite Beauchamp family. ..We had great weather and all the kids got along really well. This is our 3rd year in a row going to Hendy Woods which is up near Mendocino.

Lindsey and Daffy made an instant friendship!
I know, I know,,,,being the sick-o I am...I couldn't resist taking a picture....Try explaining the piggy back ride to your kids!! If you click on the picture to make it bigger, you can see the female lion showing the boy lion all of her teeth! That is how I feel too on those hot summer nights when you just want to lay and relax without someone wanting a piggy back ride!!!
Daryle's company gave us tickets and meal vouchers to Six flags this year instead of their normal company picnic. Very generous, I thought. We had a good time. Busy there.....espically when you have to go on a Sunday. I told Daryle though to tell the BIG boss that we'd rather have the picnic next year! Looks like Daffy has figured Lindsey out quickly!!

A's game

Lindsey got 2 tickets to the A's game for having perfect attendance last year in kindergarten. Pretty cool! She invited Mommy to go with her-(which I thought I deserved considering I'm the one that got her to school every morning!) We were able to get 3 more seats in a different row, that way we could all go! Who would of known that moments after this photo was taken, Daryle and I would get into a HUGE fight and not talk for the rest of the game or evening for that matter!
